Happy Easter

I picked up these pale mint green eggs from the farmer's market yesterday. Aren't they beautiful?

A dozen of these fresh, free-range eggs only cost $3.50.

I'm planning on making a kale and herbs frittata for dinner tonight. I have basil, cilantro, parsley, kale, and scallions to mix in with the eggs.

I'm loving this (very) warm spring weather. I planted my first herbs of the season–parsley and sorrel–this morning. I hope you're having a wonderful holiday weekend.
