Poole's Diner. I was honored to be asked to do this as I am not a formally trained photographer and haven't shot photos for a restaurant before. Creating content for the blog has definitely made me more comfortable behind the lens. I borrowed a friend's tripod, read a lot of tips online, and purchased another memory card. I don't know if it was adrenaline or fear that pushed me, but that hour flew by.
Here are a few shots that capture the cheesy, creamy perfection that is the macaroni au gratin served at Poole's. It's damn good as is the amazing woman behind it all, Chef Ashley Christensen.
